Our Halloween event on October 26^th was a Haunted History Scavenger Hunt. After listening to Dennis Picard of Storrowton Village tell New England ghost stories at the Museum, about 15 teams set out at timed intervals to race around the Common. At thirteen locations were clues to be deciphered and used to solve mysteries and proof of tasks accomplished was gathered. All teams gathered at McCarthy’s Pub for snacks and the magic of Fran Ferry. The winner of the scavenger hunt was the father/son team of Craig and Chase Kupinsky with a time of 27 minutes. Second place was Team Tabb with 28 minutes, while the Mileys (Gail Holt and family) came in 3^rd with 31 minutes.
