Denise and Dan Smith graciously opened their historic home and hosted this year’s Annual Meeting.  Members enjoyed a pot luck supper and  a historic trivia game before the call to order.

        

 

 

 

 

          

“Call to the Meeting”

This year’s Annual Meeting of the Membership was held on Sunday, April 29th at 1pm in the Community Room at Pine Valley Plantation. We enjoyed seeing old friends and greeting many of the new Members who have joined during the past year.

This was a great opportunity to meet other Members while we review the accomplishments of the past year and enthuse about some of our plans for the coming year. We also presented and voted on some changes to the Association’s by-laws and voted on the new slate of candidates for the Board.

As is the tradition, the afternoon started off with a potluck luncheon at 1 p.m. followed by the business part of the Annual Meeting.  Full report coming soon!
